We exist to elucidate the biology of nitrases, their link to diseases and to create novel medicines targeting these enzyme pathways.

Our mission is to deliver on the vast potential of our pioneering work in nitrase biology to discover and develop much-needed medicines for patients. Nitrases have been implicated in numerous devastating diseases, including Parkinson’s, cancer, respiratory diseases, fibrosis and other neurodegenerative diseases.  We believe that leveraging our insights into the role of protein nitration will pave the way for the development of novel therapeutics with the potential to achieve transformative clinical breakthroughs.
